Nortek DVL Video

Nortek AS of Norway is the manufacturer of the Doppler Velocity Log (DVL) that is used in the FUSION systems. A well made video has been produced by Nortek that illustrates the importance of the DVL through an interview with Dr. Antonio Pascoal of the Instituto Superior Tecnico (IST) in Lisbon, Portugal. IST is responsible for the control and navigation algorithms found in the FUSION systems.
